Johnson County Court
Has anyone ever been through the Johnson County Court (Indiana) system for a contested adoption? That is the court we will be going through. My husband is trying to adopt our son and his bio father contested it, even though he hasn;t seen him in about 2 and a half years and has never paid support. I have only ever been through Marion County and know nothing about Johnson County or the judges. Any info would be appreciated.
