So, are you saying that DHS or Child Protection did a removal from her parents home for abuse and you weren't notified? You signed away your rights, so that would explain them not contacting you. You have no status.
I guess I'm not clear on your story. I hope you are no longer sneaking around to she this girl. That's all kinds of ill-advised.
Can you clarify the situation? The turning your back happened when you TPR'd....unless there's something I'm not understanding.
