1. How are you feeling? Pretty good right now, but tired eyes from getting over a cold
2. When is the last time you went to the doctor? hmmm, maybe for the adoption physical exam
3. Ever broken a bone? have fractured a rib, fractured an ankle, fractured a finger bone
4. Ever had surgery? to remove a hernia when I was 4, wisdom teeth out, d&c after miscarriage
5. When is the last time you were in a hospital? when our daugther was born in August!
