Cathy has posted since the first post that she declined that referral (before meeting her) b/c after research she decided the child was too high risk.
Now we are hoping to hear from her soon on what happened at the MOE when she declined. We are all hoping and praying that she is given a referral that is a perfect fit for her family!
(and looking forward to seeing your journey too..I hope it is very smooth!)
