So glad things are looking up for you and they finally found your dossier(like it shouldnt have been neglected in the first place). Adoption is a share of its ups and downs isnt it? Now hoping that you only have ups to share?Do you know a lot of information about Karaganda, region, babyhomes, accommodations, etc.? I look forward to hearing when you get your LOI and all about your visit and adoption.
