I am sorry for your trouble, but I have one question for you how did you start the process, I want to do it my self, and fortunally the father is willing to sign, where do I start, and what forms will I need and where do I go to turn them in? and in your case, have you sat down and spoke with the bf, and explined your reasoning, in a nice manner, not to say you havent already, thats what me and my husband did and it work out for us
