Yes, the orphanages are all affiliated with SENAME. She works for a volunteer organization called Voluntarios de la Esperanza (VE), and the actual orphanage where the kids are able to be adopted is Hogar Esperanza, and they have kids 0-22 years old. She has the email of the director, who is in charge of the adoptions. If you pm me I can give you my sister's email. THe first question she asked me was if I was Chilean, (I'm not) so if our dh is a Chilean citizen, I think it would be more possible. Yes, it does take about 2 years according to her. THe kids are ADORABLE. If you email my sister she can show you pictures, and on her blog you can see tons of the kids she works with. Good luck!!!
