I would ask them why they contacted you in the first place and if there any other rules you should be aware off.
For example what would happen if they not get all the home studies they.
Also ask her EXACTly how many does she need and where you can find a copy of all these supposed rules.
If it is a rule or a law it is somewhere in writting..
I would give yourself and THEM a deadline.
CPS'S job is to advocate for these kids.
