Welcome to this forum! I'm sorry for your loss. It is hard when an adoption doesn't happen...my heart goes out to you! That is exciting that your homestudy is almost complete. Have you thought about fost/adopt? It sounds like you live in a great place! We had three biological children before we adopted our daughter...I know that feeling of not feeling complete!
