hi - we just submitted our initial paperwork for state subsidy in Texas and wonder if anyone out there has gone through this process recently? We are adopting a sib grp of 5, here in NY that would automatically qualify without negotiation, so my SW has no experience to guide me thru...would love any info before the negotiator calls me! thank you!!
