Thanks for posting the article. What I keep asking and no one has an answer to is when in 2007 does this plan to happen? Does anyone know? I've heard April and then I've heard the end of 2007. I'm days away from accepting my referral and sure am hoping it's the end of 2007.
If anyone knows or has heard of when it's supposed to take place please let me know.
