I received an e-mail this morning from my attorney stating that Barrios was reviewing Oct 29-30 cases yesterday and today. So, hopefully those of you with those dates will hear something tomorrow or early next week. Good luck. I was resubmitted on November 9, and was told that I wouldn't hear anything from PGN until after the holidays.
PGN will have a skeleton staff during over the next couple of weeks, but Barrios is supposed to be in the office between Christmas and New Year's for the sole purpose of signing out cases. I hope that this happens, and that there will be lots of outs in January.
