I guess it would depend on your SW. If they are willing to work with you, it shouldn't take more then a few days to get the paperwork done- as for court permission- I cant say how long that would take....
Also remember- it takes about 6 weeks to get the pass port- LEAVE time for ISSUES to arise and be taken care of.
