has anyone gotten a passport for a foster child?
Hey.could use some help with this one.we want to take our foster child,who we are planning to adopt next year sometime,on a trip to visit our family in the uk.we applied for passport with his sw,not sure we did it right.we got a letter back saying they need certified copy of court order not photo copy.and something proveing relationship of person applying to the child.has anyone done this and how?
