I am a single mom with a 7 year-old daughter and hope to travel to Guatemala later this year to get my new 3 year-old daughter (no other adults going with me). Does anyone have any suggestions about making the trip easier? How many days to spend there in seeing sights, shopping, etc. or good places to go with 2 kids in tow (both of which may not always be the happiest)? How to make the waits and airplane ride more tolerable.... etc. Traveling alone (without adult) does not bother me, but I'm not sure how much sanity I will have when it comes to managing 2 kids!
