There is a program online that calculates waits; however, it does not factor in any variability - so it is WAY scary.
My gut feeling is that things will pick up again. It seems to go in cycles; I'm hoping it will cycle back again.
I don't know anything about the Taiwan program. We are figuring the total costs to be about $20-$24K (but we are taking our older children with us when we travel).
