We're also fost-adopting in CA, SoCal though. We just submitted our initial paperwork on the 27th, the first main application (for approval through our agency) on the 9th and have our first home interview on the 20th, Monday!
We have lots of questions and know it's a long process, but also know that it's totally worth it!! I look forward to making friends with some other prospective new parents!!
