Clare’s Mom- My tiny baby Clare has been dignosed with Leukemia. She had Surgery having a centeral line catheder placed PLEASE pray for her, she is so little and so sick.


TheresaB-UPDATE- After reviewing the MRI and CT scans with neurologists, radiologists, and neurosurgeons, the drs. believe that Alex has suffered extreme damage to his brain. They are unsure at this time, if he will even make it out of the ICU, and if he does, they are sure he will be extremely impaired. Alex will have an ultrasound of his stomach to determine if he is properly absorbing the fluid that is draining from his shunt. They may do a minor procedure on the shunt to adjust a valve if the neurosurgeons believe this to be a problem. This is because Alex has begun having some minor seizures again, Please continue to pray. We haven't lost our hope, and we haven't lost our Alex. God is still the God of miracles. Bow before Him today and ask Him to spare Alex and/or give us the grace to deal with what each new day will hold.



jaymo-a very good friend of ours, he was best man at our wedding, has a daughter who was in a car accident they are removing her from life support and harvesting her organs. She was 17. Please keep this family in your prayers over the next days as this year, he also lost his father unexpectedly

Emmasmom-My husband's brother was killed las Friday night, after falling out of the back of a pick-up truck. They had been cutting firewood and was hauling it back to his grandmother's house, when the logs shifted and his brother fell out of the truck. He hit his head on the pavement and was killed instantly.
Please pray for my husband and our families as we deal with this tragic loss.

kadkins - -The baby that was in the NICU after losing her mother has passed away. Please remember her husband and his little blessing from Guatemala in your prayers. I am sure they are going to need them at this time in their lives

coachmom-my brother-in-law had a sudden heart attack and did not make it to the hospital. He was 45. this has been especially hard on my husband who grew up with him and then married into the family. He was very healthy,except for being a smoker but his father and mother both died of heart attacks early in life. They were all smokers so I am sure that contributed. The viewing is today..(Friday) it is going to be a long and sad day.

Jessbychurch-I am writing for prayer thoughts and possible encouragment thoughts for one of our fellow forum members. They came back from a visit trip and The baby was sick and needed to go to the doctor, Please keep the baby and the adopting family in your prayers and minds that the family be reunited soon with the baby being well and heal


peach45gardenin-kicked out but back in PGN. Praying for a quick out. know God has a plan and we just have to follow. I haven't had a lot of time lately to be on-line because I leaving to go on a mission trip December 10th to 22nd to Zambia, Africa. We'll be giving Christmas gifts and fixing a Christmas dinner for about 400 street kids. So I've been getting items together for the trip. Please keep praying for my granddaughter and have everyone else to say a special prayer. I can't believe that this has taken so long. But it's going to be alright.

jennifervan- -.- over 300th day in PGN. PLease say a prayer for us that we get out without another kick-out. OUR FILE IS WITH THE DIRECTOR AND WE ARE AT HIS MERCY .We have a very good chance at a kick-out. The director has been kicking other files like ours out based on the way the previo has been fixed. If we get kicked out it is estimated to take 5-6 months to fix it and then resubmit it.. IF we get kicked out she will be 2 by the time we get her home.
Please pray we are let out of PGN...I don't think I could take the kick out and the 5-6 month wait to get back in.

laura jean- adoption for Johnny to go smoothly and that we will be able to adopt Joey after abandonment proceedings if that is God's will.UPDATE-We went to Guat .. Johnny was healthy and handsome.. We are hoping to bring him home before Christmas. We also visited Joey. He was in the hospital in Guat City. He is responding to plasma treatments. His glands have decreased in swelling. They are hoping his health improves enough so they can do the biopsy to rule out lymphoma. If it isn't that then it may be a nasty viral infection, but why does it keep returning?
The abandonment hearing didn't go as planned. Some judge with a peculiar reputation didn't allow it.We need a diagnosis to treat him and to get the abandonment decree. Time is of the essence because of his health and the possible Hague looming


mombyfaith- Daniel took Chloe back to the pulminologist and I was expecting to get good news because Chloe has actually been healthier the last 2 weeks than she has since bringing her home.Well, her doctor is sending her to Greenville Memorial Hospital to completely rule out cystic fibrosis. She didn't like what she was hearing or seeing in her evaluation today, and feels that this is necessary.I am completely confused because the increased breathing treatments and antibiotics I have thought has worked wonders. .Anyway, if you would say a prayer for "The Nina" I would appreciate it!

Paramom- they are trying to get a signature on both of or cases. But they are still saying maybe not for another 20 days or more. We are trying to keep the faith in our Lord, knowing that He has this in the palm of His hand.


Melissa Mc-We were waiting for DNA and SWI and now our birthmom is missing. PLease pray that she is found and that she continues with the reliquishment process so the case doesn't go to abandonment

Kris-We have been in PGN since June 14th. We just found out we were KO'd. We do not know when. Please pray for a speedy process through the PGN

Mindybeth6- - My uncle had his surgery and shortly after surgery (a few days later) they realized that he was full of infection. He was is ISU for several days and he is not doing well at all. Please pray he can make it through this. As for my step-grandpa...his surgery was wonderful. THere was very little cancer and they feel they caught it very early.. They are going to ONE round of chemo just for precautionary measures.


Mcmom--The Lord has lead us to a little boy in Guatemala who has been hard to place. He will be named Alec Jose. Praying for the Lord's provision every step of the way as this is a huge step out in faith for us

amymole36--my grandma had 8 heart attacks in 4 days and is in ICU...she's 89, so surgery is too risky.

Faithmakes3- We are in PGN and have been since 6/22. I have been praying that God's right hand of protection would cover our paperwork in PGN blinding anyone to any errors!! I have also been praying that God's right hand of power would place our case on directors desk and would be signed soon!!

Itsinhishands- Maria is our first referral. She is 16mos old now. Some major complications in the case. We are dedicated in waiting this out. I just want to pray to God that if it isn't meant for her to come home to us, then please please watch over her and keep her safe.


ncurry3- My sister is bi-polar and is having a really rough time right now. Her doctor took her off work for 2 weeks and has her medicated. Therefore, my mom and I are really pitching in to take care of my sister's son but I am worried about my sister. Any prayers would be greatly appreciated. She just got put on some new meds so hopefully they will help

Julaine- we found out my 15 year old had a knee displacement disorder in her left knee (after 4 years of pain, MRIs, x-rays, specialists and all )and she started therapy for it about two weeks ago . Then we found out my 18 year old had plantar fasticious (not sure of spelling) and the same knee displacemtent disorder in both knees. she went for her evaluation and her knees are quite bad but because she has been horseback riding her muscles are in good shape. She will be starting therapy as well. Well then we found out the 15 year old has a lower back stress fracture and has to go for MRI and Cat Scan I feel so bad that they have been in so much pain for so long and I was not able to find out what was wrong with them ! And I need strength and guidance because I am the one who has to take them to the therapy alone as well ! Also I need prayers that the MRI and Cat Scan with not show any further damage to the back

Mamma- Embassy requesting to interview birthmother. Please pray she can make it to the interview and that God fill us with his peace and comfort while we wait for this Embassy situation to be completed.


Karenb- I travel to Ohio and back from KY for my son's medical appointments. I actually live in KY on the border of TN so I fly from Nashville to Cleveland Ohio with what use to be every week, but switched to a biweekly schedule recently. Anyway, it looks like we will be continuing to travel for Caleb's medical appointments till sometime in January. So, I'd appreciate continued prayers for our safety while traveling

Jchrapcyn- we are adopting from Korea- but we need mighty prayers right now. We just got an update on our daughter Rachel- her head measurements have always been small. They finally decided to do an MRI and it shows that her brain is abnormal- she has cortical atrophy- and is at risk for serious developmental delays or disability. Please pray for her health and safety and that she can come home soon- And pray that we have the strength to get through this- right now it feels like more than I can bear.

Lcarroll- - We continue to pray for our DS. We have been in PGN since 9/13. Update on my Uncle: his chemo and radiation are in progress and are going relatively well. The only problem is that he lives with my GM and she had emergency surgery last Thursday and again yesterday. She is ok, but this is taking a toll on him (all the running back and forth etc.). We pray for his immune system to be strong during this time of stress.

TruthDefenders- -update- couple of weeks ago, I announced that we had officially filed for abandonment. Well, it was a miscommunication. Our facilitator is still trying to figure out the best plan of action, because our case is so darn complicated. It looks like he will not be able to file until mid-December now, because of holidays and other things. He will continue to try to get the birthmom in for DNA, since he's got to wait anyway. So, we're still in limbo


Jandsmom- The doctor found something in both of my moms breasts. She is going for a biopsy today. Please pray that nothing is wrong

Lotterino-please say a prayer for our little boy, he has a condition called Ventricular Septal Defect which means he has a hole in his heart. The pediatric cardiologist in Guat says it is highly likely he will need surgery to close the hole in a few months. And I just got off the phone with a pediatric cardiologist here near us (who just HAPPENS to speak Spanish, thank you Lord) who was able to translate his echocardiogram results and also thinks it likely he will need surgery. So pray for our little guy that God closes up the hole without surgery, and that if he does need the surgery that he will be able to have it here at home.

Sammibag- we got submitted for pink we are spending Thanksgiving with our baby girl!! we never made a visit trip, so this will be our first time meeting her
