We were open to gender and minor medical. Our first meeting with agency was late February and we brought our son home in July.

Ask the agency what their average wait is and how long the longest waiter has been waiting. (Did that make sense?) That should give an indication. I think it varies a lot based on the area and the agnecy as well.
