Can I do anything to make it go quicker?
We adopted our fd last Oct. when she was 16 months old. The very next month we got her birthsister who we have had for almost a year now. The birthparents have done nothing to try and get her back, no treatment, no visits, nothing except go to jail. They just had the first termination hearing but had to reschedule because they couldn't find dad who is in jail to serve him. Shouldn't it be done by now if they both have done nothing to prove themselves? Can I do anything to speed it up?
