i don't think so....but this whole game is full of rule changes
i guess it depends when your birthmom signs off for the last time. after she signs off the 4th and final time, she can not change her mind. some people's atty's have the moms do this via poa during pgn, but ours wasn't signed off until a week after we exited pgn. ask when your agency when your atty typically does this.
