Homestudy-PGN KO question?

I read tonight on this site that someone got KO from PGN because their Homestudy said" recommended for adoption of a child" rather then "approved".

I am curious if anyone else has had this happen?

Has anyone recently exited PGN with their homestudy saying" recommended"?

I am concerned about my homestudy and am entering PGN soon.

Please help!!!
