Hi my name is Emily. I too want to adopt a Turkish child. My dad is Turkish born and raised while I was born here in America. I have been reading about how hard it was to adopt in Turkey, almost impossible unless you move there for a year. I have however seen that there is a large Turkish population in Bulgaria, about 10% of the population. Turks are looked down on there and therefore easier to adopt than ethnic Bulgarians. Its something to consider. They are the same bloodline as the Turks in Turkey.
