I'm new to this site and am adopting through the Alberta (Canada) Social System. I can't answer your question, but I can say that our experience has been very positive and to encourage you to enjoy the process. The adoption workers are glad to have you. Your interest in a child in their system is what they need to place these precious lives in homes that will love and care for them.
