Perhaps I am a little confused as well - I thought that in order to get DNA authorization, the attorneys had to present a file including your forms (171H; G28; notarized e-mail form; etc), a copy of baby's birth certificate and a picture of the bmom (alone in most cases) and possibly other docs at the US Embasssy. It is this picture of Bmom that has been rejected for not being professional enough. Then at the DNA test, they take a polaroid picture of bmom holding baby.
