I am in Burlington county. I have only been called for 1 sib group from my home county. It was a weekend emergency in which they called us at 11pm,
Our current son (we are adopting) is from Cumberland and his sister (who will be arriving shortly) is from Gloucester.
I don't get a alot of calls right now...only one or two a week. But, with his sister arriving in the next week or so, we will be full.
The ones I get calls for are outside our limits. Last week, we got a call for a 15 year old hispanic boy from Salem county. Spanish speaking only. And, I haven't had Spanish since college!!!
You will get calls...believe me. When we first started last year, we were getting calls hourly. With winter fast approaching and the cost of heating fuels, calls will be coming again, I'm sure.
