My husband and I have been married for 8½ years and together for 10½ years. My oldest daughter is 11½ years old. Her bio dad has never been in the picture. When she was 3 months old, I took her to see him. He denied that he was her father. He saw her that day and than I never heard from him again. That was over 11 years ago. No word, no support, nothing. His name is on the birth certificate. My husband is the only father she has ever known. He wants to adopt her, but I have no idea where to start. I am in El Dorado county. Thanks for any help!!!
