Hey everyone as of right now all I have to do is prove that I had no prior knowledge of the baby being placed with me and I will win the FMLA part. They called me yesterday and said they were calling fromer employer and letting him know that he had to reinstate me and pay restitution. Before anyone asks no I do not want to go back to work there, however if I have to until I get a better job and to prove a point I will. Please note I don't think he will hire me back and if he does he would fire me again if I sneeze wrong. Also had unemployment hearing on wed don't know the outcome of that yet. Can you beleive that he asked how much money we got for the kids? I told him that was not relivent to this case and that it was enough to provide for their needs. Do this tell you what kind of jerk he is?
