Question on Tennessee adoption by a PA resident....

I have found a sib group in TN which catches our attention. (a boy 9 and a gilr, almost 8). We have three children (5, 7, almost 11) of our own. Has anyone in PA had experience in dealing with TN through an adoption? Is it an easy or hard state to work with? Any info you can give would be appreciated!
