The only way you will have a chance is if you can prove discrimintation, which is easier said than done.
Is this company part of a larger corporation?
If so even in "right to work states" many large companies require grounds to fire. They still make sure the termination was lawful they want to avoid legal action if at all possible.
I would alert the media to your situation they have a tendency to turn up the heat on this type of situation but be ready for the fallout that may come.
Ask your lawyer first however he may not want you to go that route.
