Hi, I am a foster/adoptive parent in UT. I think the placement depends on what you specified for your home and what the needs of the children are. When we were first licensed 5 years ago we were called for a placement right away. Next time around we waited for months before we had a placement. I think the difference was our family had changes and we weren't as flexible as the first time around.
