My agency says that they don't understand (along with our facilitator and lawyer) what is going on. Our lawyer was told last Wed that we are signed off by Barrios and our lawyer has been going back every day to pick up our paperwork and everyday they tell him to "come back tomorrow." So everynight I wait by the phone for a call from our agency to tell us if we are out or not. She just called, we are not. Now we wait til Monday. I just don't get it. I asked if our file was mixed up with someone elses and they said no. I trust my agency and what they are telling me. I just don't understand why we are not OUT.

I've been such a whiner this week and I am so sorry. I am just STRUGGLING like crazy.
