I'm so sorry. I'm not into PGN yet, but I'm dreading it. All I can say is you have every right to be frustrated and disappointed... so go with it. I have a good friend who adopted during the last Hague fiasco, and all she keeps telling me is that it will all be worth it in the end and you will barely remember the setbacks. I find that hard to believe, but it gives me hope. She also said that she would let herself have a 5- or 10-minute pity party, and then she'd move on and look forward. I'm not very good at that technique, but it sounds good.
