My sister is in Chile right now, volunteering at an orphanage in Santiago. She told me there are so many babies there! BUT the director said that she doesn't think US people can adopt from there because US/Chile don't have an agreement. Does this have anything to do with the Hague? Anyway, if you hear differently, let me know. Also she said int'l adoptions take 2 years... (but they mostly have Europeans adopting).
