" But I was wondering what type of illness would require a seven year old boy to have one injection each day of his life? Other than diabetes. If anyone can shed some light on this I would so appreciate it. Maybe someone is a doctor and can help me out here!
BTW...we just got pictures of him and he is beautiful, normal looking little boy! Any input would be welcomed!
How exciting! Yes, you should definitely take the photo and info to an IA doc. However the difference between our medical system and theirs can be huge especially when you are tlaking about diagnosing something. They may be giving him a shot of something every day, but it may not be needed, or it might not be the proper drug for what (they say) he has. Or it could be vitamins. For exmaple with our first son, the Russians were giving him a specific medicine for a certain diagnosis. Once we got him home, not only did he not have what they said he had, the medicine they were giving him was not the kind he should have been getting if he really did have what they said he did. (does that make sense?
