Hi Wendi.... I do not have any medical answers for you, but have you taken the paperwork to an IA Doctor along with the picture??? An IA doctor would be abe to deciefer what they are trying to say, or can correct the the translation.
It is wonderful that you have located him, and that you are considering bringing him home!
