It really does take a TON of research! Especially agencies, so many happy stories for every agency but so many really sad ones out there too you just so want everything to go well and it's so scarey!
We are barely started in the process ourselves and at times I've already been completely overwhelmed! The mountain of paperwork is kind of intimidating but after a bit of research and a few creative internet searches it really isn't nearly as bad as I first started thinking it would be.
I can already name several times where something seemed impossible and turned out to be quick and easy. So trust me when I tell you the ups and downs strt the minute you decide to do this, but the downs can change to HUGE ups in a matter of seconds!
