Our petition was pretty much the same, we too are blessed with two biological children and said if we had a third (or fourth) it would be through adoption. We also feel that our family is not complete. My husband and I have been very fortunate in our careers as well as our family and friends to be able to provide for another child. This child will be brought up as our own, in love, education, inheritance. Hope this helps, your social worker will help you too with the wording.
