Is your adoption open or shut?

It is a shut adoption. He was in foster care for over 2 years before I got him as a foster child. She lives in the same county as us from the last word I've heard but thats been almost a year ago. I've read up on her on our county auditors webpage. She has a nice history. Not so sure about anything good. Other than the public records, I don't know much about her. I will say that whoever the father is, he must have been one heck of an athlete. That could be it, it may have been her ?
