Okay, for all of you with your minds in the gutter, pull them out. I am talking about the kind on baby bottles, sillies!!

Okay, here is my question. When do you need to switch to different nipples? All of our bottles came with size / level / flow (whatever it is called) one. When do we need to go up to 2? Do you ever need to switch if you don't add cereal? I know when people add cereal to bottles, a larger nipple is needed so the cereal will come out.
