There is the possiblity your bson could of accepted her as a friend because some people like to "collect" them in their friends box. He could of accepted her without asking any questions.
I would have your husband speak with her. It sounds like she has some very serious issues she needs to deal with.
The a-dad possibly played it off as no biggie to you on the phone, then when he hung up he might of checked into it. You never know. You can only do so much to protect your bson...the a-parents will need to do what they can to protect him from this woman.
