This is the link that helped me the most:

Attach-China

I'm pretty sure it won't get zapped since there are no ads there and it's not fee for service. If it does, PM me for the address.

My attachment therapist is the one who figured our situation out. He says our daughter's trauma is all physiological, NOT psychological. As a result, all the psychologically-based stuff we had been trying had only been minimally successful. He needs to help alleviate the physiological trauma she experienced at birth and for the first few months thereafter before we can move forward. The man is truly amazing in what he has done with us so far. He worked with Daniel Hughes for a bit. The type of therapy he uses is (I believE) called dyadic developmental psychotherapy. Wikipedia has an excellent entry on this if you are interested.

Good luck. As Lorraine told me once, she would be surprised if the attachment problems were not related to PTSD or trauma. I think she's right on in our case.

HTH...

Mike

Our attachment therapist's quote to me after a session with my daughter and my wife: "You've landed yourself right in the middle of a looney bin."
