Hi, I am searching for my daughter. Her birth name was Theresa, she was born 10/26/68 in the University of California Hospital in San Francisco. My name is Pam and her father's name is Dennis. I was a resident of the Florence Crittenton Home in San Francisco. Thank you for any help you can provide
