Check the post a little further down on the board, titled "concrete suggestions". there are lots of good ideas there. Basically the idea is to make you the center of her universe - spending TONS of time with her with lots of meaningful interaction, etc - and really limiting how much time she spends with others and outside the family. I know it is a little tough with an older child - she'll obviously be away from home several hours a day to be in school. I'm trying some "attachment parenting" with my son, and that presents some REALLY special challenges, since he's 15 ;-) It's never "too late", but the younger they are, the easier it usually is.
