The forum would be added to the forums here at Adoption.com - and the title of the forum would be Independent Guatemalan Adoption.
I think the big draw would be questions like "What is needed in the Dossier?" wouldn't be answered like 'Every agency is different, wait till you contract with an agency' - because no agency is involved
