Hi-

It was billed through Children's Hospital here in Columbus, Ohio. It probably varies by state and place the clinic is. Ours was out of the Columbus Children's Hospital and billed through them. So if your insurance covers Children's Hosp then it should cover the Intl adoption clinic.

We just had a co-pay. At our clinic they gave us a form to fill out for something called BCMH (its for children with handicaps). But they said internationally adopted children fall under the program regardless of any or no handicaps. It paid for any visits and co-pays for 3 months that the clinic referred you to. For example they send our baby to an Eye DR, for a hearing test and so on. The BCMH picked it all up so we had to pay nothing not even the co-pays. It was very nice. I'm not sure why they do it, but it was very helpful after the costly adoption and trying to scape any money we had left together for Dr bills.

If you have any more Q's please PM me.

Shelly
