We came out of PGN on July 25th. My daughter was born in Guatemala City. Her birthmother delayed in signing for one week, but we got her passport and pink slip on August 16th - then our embassy appointment was this morning, August 22nd. We will be going home tomorrow or Thursday.
Another family, here at our hotel, also has a baby born in Guatemala City, and they were released from PGN on July 31st, and go the BC, Pink and went home within 1 1/2 weeks (home on August 11th). She is with my same agency and same attorney. I don't really know what made the difference, but that was amazing.
