Question Are there any helpful books?

Does anyone know if there are any books or pamphlets re: dealing with adoption loss after placement? I have a vague sense that there are resources in the older child arena for parents who have to make the decision to disrupt a placement. What about for those facing disruption after a birthmom changes her mind? Is there anything??
