Hello Everyone,
I just read a post on another forum here where somebody described him/herself as being "half adopted". Is this a common phrase? I was so pleased to see it, because it describes my own situation as well (raised by birthmom, never knew bio dad, mom married when I was 11 and I was adopted by him then).
Is this the best way to put it if I post something, and am I in the right place? Is there a site devoted to children of "unwed mothers" from the "swinging sixties" who "kept" their babies and raised them without fathers?
