Wrong paperwork?
Any chance they could have sent the wrong paperwork?
I never heard of the foster care paperwork.
As for daycare- we listed my sister- who actually did do the babysitting for us.
Foster care is a whole different set of standards isn't it?
Maybe call back & make sure you got the right info?
